Alameda Metals has been in the recycling business for 43 years. This family business was originally located in Los Angeles, CA for 27 years. Alameda Metals relocated to the Antelope Valley in 1994. Thanks to our wonderful customers and staff, Alameda Metals has grown to be the Antelope Valley's premier recycling center. Our number one goal is to service the Antelope Valley with the best customer service possible and keep our city streets clean!

We accept all types of copper materials such as #1 and #2 copper insulated wire. Copper materials also include, copper pipe, Romex, copper bearings and radiators. We accept copper wire gauges as small as 28 AWG and up to 750 MCM and larger. We will take items such as phone cords and outlet cores. Our employees have extensive knowledge of different types of Aluminum metals. We purchase everything from 1000 series to 7000 series alloys in addition to all types of alloys. We take common household items such as metal blinds, alum patio chairs, television coaxial cable & enamel covered wire. We also take automotive parts such as wheels, radiators, pistons and bumpers. We also handle aluminum castings, turnings, and extrusions, painted or unpainted material. We will accept mixed metal loads with small amounts of other foreign objects, MLC or dirty sheet metal. When you arrive at Alameda Metals you will be met by one of our employees and directed to the area where we unload aluminum materials. Please allow our employees to unload your material for you.

Our employees will greet you, determine what type of material you have, and direct you to the proper area for weighing and unloading. Once your material is in our processing stream, we will use whatever tools and equipment that is at our disposal to clean, prepare and package that material for shipment.
